To avoid over production and wasteful usage of resources all our items are made-to-order.
We will notify you by email during 7 working days to acknowledge that we have received your order and ready to proceed your order to our production department and inform you about this in writing (by email).
All our garments are made-to-order by a professional seamstress and it can take up some time to get the order done.
Please be advised that our production timing for clothing is individual and is negotiated with you in advance.
Whereas our production timings for accessories:
☾ classic model up to 7 working days
☾ orders with embroidered monogram up to 15 working days
☾ customised orders are subject for negotiation and will be advised individually.
Please allow more time during the sale and holidays period.

Since silk is a highly delicate natural fabric, different batches of the same shade may vary.
All our masks are hypoallergenic but contain saches. Hence please be advised to ensure you do not have any allergy on dried lavender.

We go paperless and provide Robokassa e-purchase receipt sent on your email. Since Robokassa is a Russian online payment system, unfortunately product receipt could only be provided in Russian. Although payment confirmation will be sent to your email in English. We apologise for any inconvenience.
