If you have changed your mind, you could exchange or return your item (not applied for bespoke or monogrammed products) within 7 days of confirmed delivery.
Please note that all sales of customised and monogrammed items are final and cannot be exchanged or returned.
Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them in and they must also be in the original packaging with paper tags, hygienic stickers and care instructions.
We take quality very seriously. Since silk is a highly delicate natural fabric, different bathes of the same shade may vary. Please note although we have made every effort to be as accurate as possible not all items are created equal due to hand craftsmanship. All sizes, weights, capacities, dimensions and measurements indicated on our website are approximate only. If you are unsatisfied in any way with the quality, please highlight defects in your refund application letter and send it on our e-mail. One of our friendly staff will get back to you ASAP.
Please send all exchange/return enquiries to (highlighting the item you wish to exchange for) and:
– a refund application letter with signature and date
– the actual item(s) in original packaging, with paper tags and care instructions
– a printed copy of your ID and a copy of your order confirmation email containing payment details for the purchase (a ROBOKASSA e-receipt)
2) Sent it to us via any trackable and insured shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for missing incoming deliveries. Let us know the tracking number. Please note, we will pay the costs of returns if the products are faulty. In all other circumstances you are obligated to pay the cost of return.
3) We’ll send an email in the next 10 working days once the item(s) have been received and your refund/exchange has been processed.
Your refund will be credited to the the same form of payment from where the purchase was made. Additional information might be asked by bank or payment provider for successful refund completion. Please note that refund transaction periods vary, depending on your bank/credit card/form of payment.
Refund is payed only in RU rubles for a competitive exchange rate. Additional charges may apply for currency conversion.
